Piemonte Sausage

Piemonte sausage is named after the region of Italy that is home to the Creminelli family. Nestled under the towering Alps the Piemonte region is home to some of Italy’s beautiful mountain areas. The Piemonte sausage is stuffed with a mix of mountain herbs including organic rosemary.

We use meat from well cared for animals that produce pork with excellent marbling and tenderness, great flavor thanks to a diet of white grains and whey with no antibiotics or other synthetic feeds. We mix the coarsely ground pork with a subtle array of organic spices and stuff it into a natural pork casing for a sausage that tastes purely and genuinely good.

Fresh sausage is shipped within one week by overnight express mail to ensure freshness. Use immediately or freeze upon receipt.
