The Tartufo and the Barolo are Creminelli's gourmet salami varieties available only by Creminelli Fine Meats in America. The Tartufo has already been recognized as one of the best new products of the year. In this mix, you will receive at least 2 sticks of Tartufo and 2 sticks of Barolo, about 2 pounds.

The Casalingo and Cacciatore are two salamis that are very familiar to Italians and less familiar to Americans. Their mild taste emphasizes the cured meat flavor complemented by a complex array of flavors from various regions of Italy. In this mix, you will receive at least 3 sticks of Casalingo and 4 sticks of Cacciatore, about 2 pounds.

The Sopressata and Piccante never fail to please even for somebody not yet in love with artisan salamis. In this mix you will receive at least two sticks of each type, about 2 pounds.
